At DTLR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and the packing slip, to ensure the product remains in brand-new condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
